Visitors will be
able to browse around 25 different stalls of locally produced crafts from
stained glass and woodturning to ceramics, jewellery and soft furnishings.
“Our Handmade Craft & Gift Fairs are
themed around celebrating the handmade work of local crafters and artists. Because
all our stalls only contain handmade items, visitors have the opportunity to
talk to stall holders about their work, what goes into making their items and
how they can create personalised or custom made items to order”
In addition to craft stalls there’ll
also be children's activities; a 'Make & Take' stall - where children can
come along and make a Mothers Day basket as well as a colouring competition. Throughout the day there will be demonstrations
of traditional spinning using a wheel – come along and have a go J
Our cafe will be serving homemade
cakes and bakes.
The fair will be open between 10.00am
and 4.00pm on Saturday 29th March (Mothers Day weekend) and is FREE ENTRY.
